Rectangle Cutting Board

Our Classic Rectangles are available in two sizes and three wood species. We offer an 18” x 12” x 1.75” board and a 20” x 16” x 1.625” version. Both sizes are available in Hard White Maple, Cherry and Walnut. Each board is laminated from multiple staves with boards averaging 9 to 11 staves each. The adhesive is an SK-8 glue which is food service safe. The boards are finish sanded at 150 grit. All of our boards are dipped in a high-grade mineral oil and allowed to dry overnight before shipping.
All Classic Rectangles can be ordered with a trough or “juice groove” option.
